THE MAGPIE CLUB

I do breed pigeons since childhood and in my profession I am an animal husbandry consultant, I do breed Arabian horses as well as few breeds of pigeons some Middle Eastern breeds 'Nurnberg Bagdets some Russian breeds like Tagenroger ,Rostovers and Nikolayevsky. Magpie's I do breed since 1972 which I got from South Africa ,England and five years ago from Germany as well as polish Srebniaks and Perlovers (the light beaked ones) as well as other breeds.

Since I also judge them at shows I like to collect and breed the best specimen's in each breed.

We have created the pigeons site in the Internet "pigeons in Israel" www.pigeons-il.co.il the idea behind was to create and unite different people in breed clubs as well as bringing together people from different ethnic and religious source and use the hobby as a bridge and common interest for better relation and understanding between the different people' Jews ,Muslim , Christians and others, as well as creating breed clubs for bringing knowledge to all people who may like to get it.

I am 62 years old. I enjoy teaching and learning from everyone every day in my life.

I lived in African countries for 11 years and was a member of the world wildlife society in Kenya and many other African countries which I lived in.
